Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms describe how TripWatch searches and monitoring work. By using TripWatch, you agree to use the service lawfully and understand that travel prices and availability come from external providers and can change quickly.
What TripWatch provides
TripWatch is a travel-price monitoring and comparison tool. It is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, booking platform or seller of the underlying flight or hotel stay. TripWatch does not make a travel booking on your behalf.
Search results
Flexible-date searches sample a limited number of date combinations inside the window you choose. A result described as the “best” means the best matching result found among the combinations successfully checked at that time; it is not a promise that every possible date, fare, hotel or booking source has been searched.
Prices, availability, taxes, fare conditions and hotel terms may change after a TripWatch search. You should verify final details with the relevant booking provider before purchasing travel.
Saved Watches
A Saved Watch stores the trip criteria and current result you chose to save. Saving a Watch does not by itself activate ongoing price monitoring. Account limits may apply to the number of Saved Watches you can keep at the same time.
30-Day Watch Pass
The Watch Pass is a one-time purchase currently priced at €4.99 EUR. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
- Each pass includes 3 completed live rechecks of the associated Saved Watch.
- The monitoring period lasts up to 30 days from activation or until the saved trip can begin, whichever comes first.
- The checks are distributed through the useful remaining monitoring period.
- If an external provider temporarily fails, TripWatch may retry the same check. A failed provider attempt does not count as one of the 3 completed checks.
- After each completed check, TripWatch attempts to send a transactional email with the result.
External services and availability
TripWatch depends on third-party flight, hotel, payment, email, hosting and database services. We work to make monitoring reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an external provider will always return usable data at a specific time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse TripWatch, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, automate abusive traffic or use the service for unlawful activity.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TripWatch is provided as an information and monitoring service and is not responsible for decisions made by airlines, hotels or other travel sellers, or for price changes after a check. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
Before a broad public launch, these MVP terms should be reviewed for the final business identity, registered contact details and governing-law provisions.
